9-1-080: COMPLIANCE; PREREQUISITE TO REGULATORY APPROVAL:
No building, use, or occupancy permit may be issued to any applicant who has previously been issued a permit and who is not in current compliance with any regulatory requirement or order applicable to such permit; or who has failed to pay all assessed fees, fines or penalties to the city.
