A. Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as a class C misdemeanor or by imposing a civil penalty as per title 6, chapter 15 of this code.
B. In addition to the penalties and abatement procedures outlined above, the city may initiate any or all of the following actions: injunctions; mandamus; proceedings to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove; or other such court actions. (Ord. 305, 2-16-1999)
