A. Business License Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business or occupation of trimming, pruning, topping, treating or removing trees or shrubs within the city without first obtaining a business license.
B. Insurance Required: Each person desiring such a business license shall show proof of liability and injury insurance of at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), and workers' compensation insurance which is adequate under the laws of the state and shall indemnify the city against any claim resulting from the pursuit of such business.
