8-1-090: NATURE OF FRANCHISE:
The franchise granted by the city under the provisions of this chapter shall be a nonexclusive franchise providing the right and consent to install, operate, repair, maintain, remove and replace its system on, over and under the rights of way in order to provide services. (Ord. 247, 9-2-1997)
