7-14-090: RESERVATION OF GRAVES:

It is the policy of the city to comply with the provisions of Utah Code Annotated title 8, chapter 5, as amended, regarding the reversion of unused graves. What is herein defined as a grave is referred to in Utah Code Annotated as burial lot. (Ord. 728, 11-21-2006)
