Any party who shall fail to do those acts required in this chapter, and any party who shall do or cause those acts prohibited by this chapter to be done shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. If the violator is a corporation, partnership or entity other than an individual, such violator may be fined up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each and every day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1041, 1-22-2013)
