A. In evaluating whether a violation of this chapter has occurred, city staff or the service provider may inspect any automated refuse or recycling container placed for collection on any public street or any private property open to the public to determine its contents and capacity.
B. The city reserves the right to discontinue recycling collection service for any resident that fails to comply with this code and rules promulgated thereunder governing the refuse or recycling collection service. The property owner will be charged a service fee shown on the Draper City consolidated fee schedule for each automated container removed from service.
C. For a period of six (6) months after the recycling collection service has been discontinued due to a violation, the owner shall not be allowed to subscribe to the or recycling collection service. After the six (6) month period, the owner may request or recycling collection service. (Ord. 1401, 9-24-2019)
