7-11-130: MATERIALS NOT COLLECTED BY SERVICE PROVIDER:

This section shall apply only to collections made by a service provider. The following materials require special handling and disposal, and shall not be set out for collection by a service provider, whether placed in a container or otherwise:

A.   Flammable, corrosive, or explosive materials;

B.   Hazardous or radioactive waste;

C.   Hot or burning materials;

D.   Dead animals;

E.   Sewage;

F.   Hazardous waste;

G.   Agricultural waste;

H.   Household hazardous waste;

I.   Sharps;

J.   Electronic waste;

K.   Sludge;
