7-11-020: COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT RULES ADOPTED:

Utah County and Salt Lake County have adopted rules and regulations that apply to the city regarding solid waste and recycling management. These rules preempt any conflict with city code and are hereby adopted by reference. In the event of a conflict between Salt Lake County rules or regulations and Utah County rules or regulations, the more restrictive rule shall apply. (Ord. 1401, 9-24-2019)
