7-9-100: TAMPERING WITH SECONDARY WATER SYSTEM:
It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, modify or alter any secondary water distribution system located within the city without the prior consent of the owner thereof. Violations of this section shall be a class B misdemeanor, punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both as prescribed by the applicable statutes of the state of Utah. (1994 Code)
