7-2-050: SUBDIVISIONS AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTS:
No subdivision, industrial park, or commercial development shall be approved or recommended by the city planning commission, nor shall a building permit or certificate of occupancy be issued for any lot or part thereof, unless the city shall have first received a signed document from the SVSD approving the sewer aspects of the proposed development.
