A. Director: The community development director or his designee is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of any of the Salt Lake County health regulations adopted by reference within this chapter through any appropriate means, including, but not limited to, civil abatement proceedings or criminal citation.
B. Definitions:
DEPARTMENT: The community development department of Draper City.
DIRECTOR: The director of the community development department.
INSPECTOR: The designee of the community development director. (Ord. 1197, 3-29-2016)
