The following organizations shall be exempt from the terms of this chapter:
A. Government entities;
B. Organizations receiving funding from Draper City as a part of their general operating budget; or
C. Religious groups where:
1. The activity is to be held entirely on property under the ownership of the group;
2. The property has one or more permanent structures, including restroom facilities; and
3. No public services such as police, fire, or ambulance, are anticipated to be needed on site for the event, whether on standby or for security at the site. (Ord. 908, 10-20-2009)
