The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the temporary uses and events enumerated herein. Any building or structure not conforming to the requirements of this chapter shall be deemed a permanent use and shall be allowed only if such use is a permitted or conditional use in the zone where the use is located. The requirements of this chapter shall not be construed to exempt or limit other applicable provisions of this title, this code, or other laws. (Ord. 908, 10-20-2009)
