6-15-090: RECEIVING ITEMS WITH ALTERED IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS:
No business licensed pursuant to this chapter shall receive any item which has obviously had the manufacturer's serial number or an owner's personal identification mark altered, defaced or obviously mutilated or removed. (Ord. 280, 7-7-1998; amd. Ord. 364, 3-21-2000)
