6-15-050: RECORDS; LEGIBILITY; ACCESS FOR INSPECTION:

All entries shall be made with nonerasable ink in a legible manner. The police department shall also be permitted to have access, during business hours, to all premises licensed under this chapter for the purpose of the inspection of such premises and records.
