6-3-070: DECISION OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
After the city council makes a decision, the business license official shall give the applicant written notice of the decision. The city council may affirm or reverse the decision of the business license official. The decision shall be in writing and shall be based only upon findings of fact. (Ord. 1100, 4-29-2014)
