A. Appeals of the business license official's decision to deny, suspend or revoke a license may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the city recorder within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the notice of denial, suspension or revocation.
B. The notice of appeal shall be in writing and shall set forth with specificity the reasons for which the appeal is taken. (Ord. 1100, 4-29-2014)
