Whenever any person is engaged in two (2) or more businesses at the same location within the city, such person shall be required to obtain a separate license for the conducting of each business. The license fee to be paid shall be computed as if all said businesses were one business being conducted as such location, if the businesses are similar in license type. If the businesses are not of the same license type, a fee shall be charged for each and every business at such location. Where two (2) or more persons conduct separate businesses at the same location, each such person shall obtain a license for such business and pay the required license fee for such business.
