5-1-180: PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine in an amount less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine or imprisonment. (Ord. 160, 12-5-1994)
