5-1-090: NOTICE OF INCREASED RATE:
The 48th session of the Utah legislature of Utah has authorized the counties and municipalities of the state of Utah to enact sales and use tax ordinance imposing a one percent (1%) tax. On February 20, 1990, Draper City adopted ordinance 86, increasing the sales and use tax to one percent (1%). (Ord. 160, 12-5-1994)
