5-1-070: EXECUTION:
The mayor is authorized to execute whatever documents are necessary to distribute sales and use tax revenues on the combination of point of scale and population factors set forth in Utah Code Annotated section 59-12-201 et seq. (Ord. 160, 12-5-1994)
