4-5-080: WILFULLY FAILING TO APPEAR:
Any person who wilfully fails to appear before the justice court pursuant to a citation issued under the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class B misdemeanor, regardless of the disposition of the charge upon which he or she was originally cited. (Ord. 161, 12-5-1994)
