4-1-040: DEFINITIONS:

As used in the judicial code, the following words shall have the meaning described below:

CITY: Draper City.

CITY COUNCIL: The Draper City council.

CITY RECORDER: The Draper City recorder.

CITY TREASURER: The Draper City treasurer.

JUSTICE COURT: The Draper City municipal justice court.

JUSTICE COURT JUDGE: The Draper City municipal justice court judge.

PERSON: Any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, trust, or other unincorporated association. (Ord. 161, 12-5-1994)
