3-1-069: FINANCE DIRECTOR:
There is hereby created the position of finance director who shall act as the department head of the finance department. The finance director shall have such powers and duties as designated by state laws, ordinances and the city manager. The finance director shall be selected by the city manager and appointed by the mayor with the consent of the city council. (Ord. 1053, 7-2-2013)
