3-1-067: PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR:
There is hereby created the position of Parks and Recreation Director who shall act as the department head of the Parks and Recreation Department. The Parks and Recreation Director shall have such powers and duties as designated by the City Manager. The Parks and Recreation Director is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. (Ord. 1162, 8-4-2015)
