3-1-066: PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby created and established a Parks and Recreation Department. The Parks and Recreation Department shall be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of a comprehensive Public Recreation Program for the City. The Parks and Recreation Department also oversees the operations of the City's amphitheater, the City's parks and trails, and other functions as deemed appropriate by the City Council and City Manager.
