3-1-045: ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER:
There is hereby created the position of Assistant City Manager, who shall act under the direction of the City Manager. The Assistant City Manager shall have such powers and duties as designated by the City Manager. The Assistant City Manager shall be selected by the City Manager and appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. (Ord. 1043, 3-5-2013)
