A. Criminal Penalty: Any person who violates this chapter or the terms of any approval granted pursuant to this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
B. Civil Action: The City Council may initiate civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin or otherwise prohibit violation of the terms of this chapter.
C. Removal Of Obstructions: The City is authorized by this chapter and Idaho Code section 50-314 to remove all unauthorized obstructions from the public rights-of-way or public places at the expense of the person placing them there.
D. Compliance: The City has the authority to suspend or revoke a permit if work is not in compliance with this chapter or the terms of the issued permit. (Ord. 149, 3-9-2017)
