A. The short plat review shall be completed in accord with section 11-4-5 of this title. After the planning and zoning commission makes its recommendation to the city council, the council may accept the recommendation and render a final decision or may schedule a public hearing to consider the application, allowing sufficient time for public notice.
B. Short plats are subject to the same final plat processing and expiration dates as regular plats. (Ord. 172, 7-8-2021)
