11-14-2: APPLICATION:

The preliminary plat application contents, administrative and agency review, design standards, construction, standards of review, and final plat processing shall be the same as for a regular plat. A pre-application meeting is recommended but not required prior to submitting a short plat application. (Ord. 172, 7-8-2021)
