A. Application: Application for renewal of a license to sell alcoholic beverages shall be on the same form as the application for the initial license. (Ord. 119, 6-9-2011)
B. Issuance: If all of the information in the application for renewal provided by the licensee is the same as provided for the initial license, and there have been no violations by the licensee in the previous year, the city clerk may issue the renewal without the application being submitted to council.
