3-2-3: WHOLESALE AND MANUFACTURERS PROHIBITED:
No retailer's license to sell, trade, barter and/or dispose of alcoholic beverages shall be issued to any person holding a wholesale or manufacturers' license. (Ord. 119, 6-9-2011)
