3-2-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, trade, barter or dispose of alcoholic beverages at retail, or retail by the drink, within the city for a consideration without first procuring a license from the city and paying the required fees set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 119, 6-9-2011)
