11-1-4: FEES:

Fees: The city council shall adopt by resolution reasonable fees related to the cost of services associated with review, processing, and inspection of applications and activities related to this title. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. (Ord. 172, 7-8-2021)
