A. Specified: This title is adopted pursuant to the authority delegated to the city pursuant to Article XII, Section 2 of the Idaho Constitution, and Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65 and Title 50, Chapters 3, 9, and 13.
B. Scope: The provisions of this title shall be administered to ensure orderly growth and development and shall supplement and implement provisions of the city comprehensive plan, other city ordinances and current capital improvements plan. By virtue of this title, the city council, mayor, and staff of the city are vested with the authority to review, approve with conditions, or disapprove applications as set forth in this title.
