3-1-5: STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE:
A registration certificate shall be issued only to applicants who meet the following requirements:
   A.   Compliance With Zoning Requirements: The business and premises for which the application is made is not in violation of any zoning regulations.
   B.   Option Tax: The business is not in arrears of any city taxes. (Ord. 98, 9-18-2007)
