10-3-5: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS:
This title shall not in any way repeal, abrogate, impair, or remove the necessity of compliance with any other laws, ordinances, regulations, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions, or similar regulations. However, where this title and another ordinance or title conflict or overlap, whichever imposes more stringent or greater restrictions shall control. (Ord. 147, 2-9-2017)
