10-3-1: APPLICABILITY:
This title shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction of the city of Dover. Nothing in this title is intended to allow uses or structures that are otherwise prohibited by the Dover zoning regulations. (Ord. 147, 2-9-2017)
