9-1-10: ENERGIZING AUTHORIZATION:

No person shall energize or cause to energize a new or upgraded existing electric service or set an electric meter for any structure or install construction power to assist in the construction of a structure until an energizing permit has been issued by the building official. (Ord. 130, 4-24-2014)
