A. For activities where a site plan review is required by the adopted Building Code or City ordinance, no building permit shall be issued, nor construction commenced, unless the City has approved the proposed site plan, and the required on and off-site improvements have been incorporated as conditions of the building permit.
B. The landowner is responsible for identifying property lines and complying with City setback, height, and other standards as they relate to construction and building placement.
C. The landowner shall comply with the "one number notification service" (call before you dig) regulations of Idaho Code title 55, chapter 22. A permit shall not be valid for excavation until the requirements of the "one number notification" provisions are met. The City has the right under State Code to suspend the building permit if the permit holder violates any provisions of Idaho Code title 55, chapter 22. (Ord. 154, 12-14-2017, eff. 1-1-2018)
