Placement of a commercial coach shall require an installation permit. No commercial coach shall be placed that has not been affixed an Idaho inspection insignia stating approval for installation in the State. Commercial coaches shall be constructed for local design criteria for which the installation is proposed. The permit applicant shall supply to the building official the same site information required from an applicant seeking a building permit for a commercial structure and pay a permit fee.
