9-1-3: EXEMPTIONS:
Agricultural buildings are exempt from the Building Codes adopted herein, but shall remain subject to placement requirements established by zoning regulations. Agricultural buildings are defined as structures designed, constructed, and used to house farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock or other horticultural products. These structures shall not be places of human habitation or places of employment where agricultural products are processed, treated or packaged, nor shall it be a place used by the public.
