The City of Dover may appoint and designate Commissioners to an Urban Renewal Agency from among its members and elected officials, provided that such representation shall be less than a majority of the Board of Commissioners. The Mayor shall exercise the authority herein and may appoint himself/herself; any other elected official; or any appointed official of the City of Dover. Nothing herein shall require the Mayor to appoint and designate Commissioners from among the City's officials. (Ord. 160, 3-28-2019)
