1-6-1: BANKING INSTITUTION:

A. Authority: The city treasurer is hereby authorized to place all funds classified as deposits in a banking institution that is a member of the FDIC. (Ord. 133, 7-10-2014)

B. Banking Institute By Ordinance: The city council shall periodically designate the actual banking institution by ordinance. (Ord. 133, 7-10-2014; amd. 2017 Code)

C. Investment Accounts: The city treasurer shall be empowered to place all other funds not classified as deposits in investment accounts pursuant to resolutions passed by the city council. (Ord. 133, 7-10-2014)
