1-5-3: FAILURE TO PERFORM DUTIES:
   A.   Notification: If an elected official is unable to attend a meeting, that official shall notify the city clerk at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the meeting date that he or she will not be in attendance at the meeting. (Ord. 121, 6-23-2011; amd. 2017 Code)
   B.   Emergency: In the event of an emergency that prohibits an elected official from attending a meeting and/or providing the requisite notice, the elected official is required to provide notice to the city clerk as soon as reasonably possible. (Ord. 121, 6-23-2011)
