A. Restoration After Nonpayment: Restoration of service after discontinuance for nonpayment of bills shall be made after payment of current and past due charges, plus late fees and service fees, and any interest. The charges for restoring water service after discontinuance for nonpayment of bills shall be set by resolution of the city council.
B. Restoration Upon New Ownership: When there is a change in ownership, the new owner must complete a user application form.
C. Other: Restoration of service after discontinuance of service for unsafe facilities, water waste, fraud, abuse or noncompliance with any of the policies, rules and regulations will only be made after the irregularity has been corrected and the city and water department have been assured that the irregularity will not reoccur. The charges for restoring water service after discontinuance for unsafe facilities, water waste, fraud, abuse or noncompliance with any of the policies, rules and regulations shall be set by resolution of the city council.
