A. Notices To Customers: Notices from the city and the water department to the customer shall be given in writing and either mailed to or delivered to the customer at the last known address. Where conditions warrant and in emergencies, the water department may notify either by telephone or messenger.
B. Notices From Customers: Notices from the customer to the city and the water department shall be given by the customer or their authorized representative in writing to city hall. (Ord. 131, 6-4-2014)
