1313.12 REGISTRATION MAY BE REVOKED.
Any registration issued hereunder may be revoked and cancelled at any time by the Board of Electrical Examiners for the reasons listed in Section 1313.08. A record shall be kept by the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator showing the date, name of registrant, location in the City and the owner or person in control of the property where any work is performed contrary to this chapter. A written notice shall be immediately given to the registrant who did or had the same done, and such registrant shall immediately upon receipt of such written notice make such work conform to the provisions of this chapter. If such registrant shall claim that the work and material set forth and stated in such notice to be defective and in violation of this chapter, is not defective and is in strict accord with the provisions of this chapter, and he shall, within twenty-four hours after such notice is given, notify, in writing, the Board, such Board shall thereupon have a re-inspection made by the inspector and if the registrant is satisfied with the report of such re-inspection, the Board shall upon written application of the registrant, made within forty-eight hours thereafter, give the registrant a hearing. The decision of the Board shall be final. When a registration has been revoked or cancelled by the Board, the holder of such revoked or cancelled registration may, after a period of one year, apply for a new registration subject to the provisions of Sections 1313.05 to 1313.09, inclusive.
