1313.09 RECIPROCITY.

   Any journeyman electrician holding a current license issued in any of the reciprocal licensing areas in the State of Ohio, may apply for a journeyman electrician registration in Dover, Ohio, and upon payment of the proper registration fee, shall automatically be issued a journeyman electrician registration without the necessity of taking a written examination. It is expressly understood that this reciprocal registration agreement shall apply to only those areas within the State of Ohio, that grant reciprocity to journeyman electricians from this Municipality. All journeyman electricians not holding a current registration shall be required to take a written examination as provided above. (Ord. 26-19. Passed 5-6-19.)
